Since its inception in 1973, Murray & Roberts Engineering Solutions
has played an important role in the delivery of more than 400 major
projects for over 120 clients. Throughout southern Africa and
internationally, evidence of Murray & Roberts Engineering Solutions’
achievements can be found in the form of successful industrial,
chemical, oil & gas, aluminium, marine and mining projects. Murray &

Murray & Roberts Engineering Solutions has the distinction of
receiving many prominent awards for innovation, cost and time
management on the projects it has implemented. These include the
Technology Top 100 Award recognizing Murray & Roberts Engineering
Solutions, in the category of engineering services, as a world-class
applier of technology and several prestigious Fulton Awards for
excellence in the use of concrete.
To cap these achievements, the Mozal Aluminium Smelter project
was awarded PMI’s International Project of the Year Award for the
world’s best project in 2001.
